Brief

  Mechanical alloying (machinery activation) is the research focus in powder metallurgy field. High performance Ball Mill is one kind of important techniques of Mechanical alloying (machinery activation) and preparation of the superfine powder.SNC-QMA High performance ball mill may transport high mechanical energy to the ball milled powders in a short time to realizes the mechanical alloying (machinery activation), even forms a nanometer crystal or the crystallized material, meantime the oxidation of material is reduced.

Principle of work

  The ball mill pot produces intense multi-directions vibration under the function of centrifugal force caused by high speed biased revolving and the high frequency vibration, which causes the balls and the milled material mixed evener, smashed tinier, functioned more intense, thus rapidly achieves refined or alloyed.
